Our Services

Booking Policies

Please read the requirements on the services description before making a reservation.

  • A 24 hour notice is needed to cancel an appointment; failure to do so will result in a 75% fee. Should you miss your appointment, 100% of the scheduled fee will be charged.

  • There is a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, a $10 late fee will be assessed (after 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled).

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment more than once, you’re required to pay another deposit.

  • Appointments missed will forfeit the deposit.

  • Any outstanding fees must be paid before your next booking.

  • Expect an extra fee for services booked on statutory holidays.

  • Valentine is AMAZING! I have been coming to see her for 5 years now and I guarantee you will always leave the salon feeling and looking your best. My hair has been at its healthiest with her. Great atmosphere, great vibes, she’s kind, easy to talk to and her work is phenomenal! You can be assured your tresses are in amazing hands when you’re in her chair ❤️ 10/10 recommend!!!

  • If I could give more stars I would. Valentine is more than a hairdresser to me. She's a counselor, a friend, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a sister, an advisor, a hair GODDESS, A QUEEN! Her energy speaks volumes and it shows in her work. My 8 year old wants no other professional touch her hair. Valentine is not the type of hairdresser who does your hair, take your money and on you go. She takes her time to study and overstand your hair. Advise you to not colour or do anything drastic if your hair is damaged or needs some extra attention. Thank you over and over again 🙏🏾😊❤️
