  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit goes toward your service total and helps protect appointment time for all clients.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit or future booking restrictions.

  • Yes. Hair consultations are highly recommended—especially for new clients, extensions, colour, or treatment services. Consultations help us understand your hair goals and recommend the best service plan.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.

  • Upon arriving at the building, you’ll see a keypad security system at the entrance. Please enter the buzzer area, scroll through the color-coded list, and select Swiss Hair. Once selected, you will be buzzed in and able to enter the building to access the salon.
